Terms and Conditions
When you place an order to purchase a product from our website we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and confirming the details of your order. Your credit/debit card receipt will be held in Store for you.
Returns and Refunds
Customers are entitled to a refund only if the item purchased was damaged or faulty before leaving Store. In this case, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. If the item was damaged or broken after it left the Store, you are not entitled to a refund. If you have simply changed your mind or the item is not suitable, you may return the item, with your receipt and in perfect condition (including packaging) and we will be happy to offer you a credit note, valid for six months.
Please note some items on Wedding Lists may only be ordered once a purchase has been made, thus creating a small delay. The Bride & Groom are made aware of this when they compile their List and are happy to wait for the item to be delivered at a later date.
